Where can I take my recycling?

You can take your recycling to a Household Waste Recycling Centre (HWRC) but there are also several recycle points all over the county. These are smaller recycling points often conveniently found at places that people tend to be visiting anyway (e.g. supermarkets and leisure centres). Follow the link to find out more about.

There are 13 Household Waste Recycling Centres located throughout the County. These centres are large enough for you to drive into the site to deposit your recycling and household waste. Follow the link to view the locations of all of the HWRCs in Cumbria.
